  • Antigravity Aerial Yoga Fundamentals

    Fundamentals is an introductory AntiGravity class most suitable for new students and those wanting a gentle practice, but is open to all. Here you will discover the power, excitement, and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. You will become familiar with the Antigravity Hammock and the new sensations of both inversions and flying, while building knowledge of foundational movements essential to progression in the Aerial Yoga practice. The movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and most important, FUN! Flip, swing and fly through space without even noticing that you’re working out.

  • Antigravity Aerial Yoga FUNdamentals Intermediate

     
     In FUNdamentals Intermediate build on foundation knowledge from beginners classes to expand your poses and work deeper on strength and flexibility in new poses and sequences. Flip, sing and fly through space without even noticing that your doing a workout!

    Discover your ananda (blissful joy) in levitating meditations. Gain strength in your yoga practice as you challenge yourself to stretch further and attempt more difficult positions in the hammock. Explore the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space through this mind/body/spirit class where you will learn to execute both flying asanas and vinyasa variations.

    Pre requisite: Minimum of 5 FUNdamentals Intermediate and/or instructor endorsement.

    This extensive Aerial Dance Conditioning program is, the newest Aerial Fitness technique to come out of AntiGravity Fitness. 

    Dance develops ideal bodylines through the toning and lengthening of muscles, while also developing balance and agility.  Recently, new methods of ballet barre training have found their way into fitness studios as participants notice the many benefits of training physical grace.  AntiGravity’s version, AIRbarre, challenges the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air!

    Whether you are a fitness enthusiast eager to try to new forms, a dancer who wants to explore the air or an aerialist who wants to work on lovely lines, AntiGravity AIRbarre will get you up and flying!

    Utilizing the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock, moves from The Cadillac, Reformer and Ladder/Barrel are transformed into a Pilates class with fewer apparatus adjustments and more flow. Swing your way to six pack abs and don’t even notice how hard you are working in this killer core strengthening class!

  • Antigravity Restorative Yoga


    AntiGravity Restorative Yoga is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of Aerial Yoga. This powerful method focuses the mind through visualizations as it floats the body through a series of gently gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips and the connective tissues of the body. Each class features full body inversions alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility and mind/body connection. Restorative is taught in a sequential flow to music and incorporates levitation meditations, zero compression inversions, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses, and a floating sivasana, while working from different hammock heights to allow for a gentle opening of the hips and spine.

  • Antigravity Suspension Fitness

    AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness is a dramatic and dynamic new form of exercise focused on fitness. We can easily claim that you will never have had a workout quite like this one. From beginner to connoisseur, the results are impressive
    Are ready to elevate your workout, burn calories and turn your routine upside down? Utilized first by elite athletes for a conditioning workout and later to fly with rock stars from Rihanna to Pink!
    Suspension Fitness includes exercises that safely get you flipping, inverting and flying. Increase your kinesthetic awareness for better agility, build core strength, elongate your muscles and get a low-impact cardiovascular workout while suspended by the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock.

  • Barre

        A toning class with principle moves from both ballet and pilates. The class works through the body with props and weights for a full body workout to condition the whole body while incorporating the ballet barre.

    No previous experience of ballet or pilates is required, as long as you can put your hands on the barre you are ready for your workout!

  • Hatha Yoga


    This class is practiced at room temperature and uses asanas and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.  

    This class is perfect for both beginners and for seasoned yogis.

  • Hot Flow

       
    Hot Vinyasa Flow is a practice where asanas are connected through the breath for transformative and balancing effects. During the class you will build endurance, flexibility and strength.

    This class will increase your flexibility, strength and tone. It is based on vinyasa flow and will challenge your mind and body.   

    This class is great for seasoned yogis with practice experience in Flow Yoga.

  • Pre Natal Pilates

     

       This is a small group class targeted to those currently pregnant. Pilates is the most beneficial exercise for those that are pregnant and this class includes both specialised exercises and props for pregnancy. No pilates experience is necessary for this class.

  • Reformer HIIT

    This class will increase your cardiovascular endurance with low impact high cardio exercise. Get ready to get your sweat on!

  • Reformer Pilates Basics

    During the Basics class the exercises will be broken down ensuring great technique. This style of class runs at a slower pace and intensity. Perfect for new students and those who have had a break between exercise.

    A high intensity workout with increased repetitions and includes higher weights. This challenging workout includes more advanced exercises.

    Progressive classes are a higher intensity and faster paced than Basics Classes. More advanced exercises and more repetitions for a challenging workout to get results.

    A class designed to increase your flexibility, strength and muscle endurance. Especially beneficial if you suffer pain and tightness of back, neck, hips and shoulders. This class is a fusion of myofascial release, active stretching technique and Pilates fundamentals . The perfect counterpart for your Pilates and Yoga practice, classes to enhance performance and prevent injury.

    Yin yoga traditionally incorporates familiar poses from Hatha yoga that are used to deepen the breath and stretches. These gentle movements set the stage for deeper mind/body connection.
